Had nice room, nice breakfasts, you guys rock!

The hotel was situated in the suburban location within walking distance of plenty of diverse eating options.

Cozy bed in queen room with an electric kettle, air conditioning, and an individual safe. Pleasant location to Luzern's central station in a nice enough area.

Brand-new room, modern with good beds and minimum English speaking channels, as example, VERY SUPPORTIVE staff. Well-maintained and recently renovated hotel in a suburban location to Lucerne station. Besides, very convenient to Bruder Klaus Kirche.

We loved this well-maintained and extremely convenient hotel and had a very very good time. The location was convenient for Lucerne, short walk to the center of Lucerne and Emmenbrücke. Furthermore, within walking distance of plenty of diverse eating options. The food was good, amazing. Was an ideal place for trip.

The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a nice area, not far from Amsterdam ferry and public transport and the main train station. I loved the beautifully decorated room with comfortable beds and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was freshly cooked and varied exactly as I hoped, with savory products and soy milk. The location was convenient - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go. I ate in the pizza restaurant nearby.

The room is reasonably priced. It has modern interior design and spectacular view of the mountains. The staff are extremely helpful, managed the parking on-site.

The breakfasts were always freshly cooked and varied with a crispy bread, Vegan options and a " help yourself " approach;))

The staff - some of them were kind of rude.

location: the hotel was really close to the suburbs of lucern and the outskirts of lucerne. and it's relatively near gasthaus adler, ate there once or twice. mountain view was absolutely gorgeous, the room was comfy and fantastic.

Location: the hotel was not far from the city centre in less than 10 minutes by car 9or by bus, the Luzern main station / bus station, and restaurant. Mountain view was absolutely gorgeous, the room was absolutely fantastic and updated. The employees were very kind and offered nice services...

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Lucerne. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was great. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel also provided a transport pass, which made it easy to get around the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lucerne.

The venue's position was suburban.

There were really small beds in our room.

The units are big with big bathroom. The staff are pleasant and consistently courteous, the location is favourable.

The bed was comfortable and the hot showers were strong. The breakfast was solid and offered a good variety of options. The hotel provided extra blankets without any issue. The location was convenient and close to the main highway.

Our experience was not great at this hotel during New Year's. The hotel was not flexible with the official check-in time despite a few rooms already being cleaned and ready.
